     Трио «Family Underground» существует с начала нулевых годов и заявило о себе как о плодовитой команде (характерно, что в их дискографии нет «штампованных» CD, в основном свои творения они стараются фиксировать на виниле, кассетах и «болванках») со своим, особенным взглядом на рок-музыку. Что им нужно, чтобы записать пару треков? Да, собственно, не так уж и много – гитары, окруженные паутиной проводов и педалями эффектов, скрипка (на которой, как может показаться при прослушивании этой пластинки, никто из музыкантов играть не умеет, зато при помощи этого красивого инструмента можно отлично «пожужжать» и «поскрипеть»), барабанная установка и микрофон. Итог манипуляций с этими инструментами – очень «сырой», можно даже сказать «первородный» рок, густо замешанный на фолке (точнее, той американской форме фолка, перед которой принято ставить слово «psychedelic») и drone ambient, говоря проще, ни на что не похожая музыка. Выстукивается ритм, равномерный, но с периодически возникающими «надломами»; ритм, создателя которого можно заподозрить и в экспериментах с психоделиками, и в увлечении шаманскими практиками. Сквозь медное дребезжание тарелок просачивается неповоротливый и немного резкий гитарный гул, который никак не может устроиться на одном месте – то в одну сторону повернет, то в другую, то ощетинится колючей проволокой, то затихнет в сторонке, слегка порыкивая для приличия. Кто-то из музыкантов дергает струны скрипки, а кто-то импровизирует на акустической гитаре, создавая даже не мелодию, а некий ее абстрактный образ, неожиданно становящийся центром композиции, вокруг которого медленно вращаются все прочие элементы. Это была сторона «А», и называлась она «Commiseration». Если перевернуть пластинку и начать слушать «Blood Temperature Pool», то можно заметить, что некоторые фрагменты только что прослушанной композиции перекочевали сюда и стали, опять же, частью гитарного, очень монотонного, вибрирующего гула и простоватого бренчания на гитаре. Но и здесь все не так уж просто. Можно заметить, что постепенно гул обретает свойства человеческого дыхания – он звучит так, словно кто-то вдыхает воздух, и выдыхает его. Усталый хрип легких неизвестного существа имитируют рваные вспышки фидбэков и гнетущий скрежет струн. По мере развития композиции, начинает казаться, что кто-то тонет в том самом бассейне, температура воды в котором равна температуре человеческой крови – добавляется агрессия и хаос шумовых эффектов, появляется пунктирный и аритмичный ритм, к происхождению которого барабаны могли не иметь никакого отношения. Чем все кончится в этой истории, неизвестно, совершенно неожиданно игла соскакивает с виниловой спирали и начинает тереться о «яблоко», давая понять, что музыка кончилась, и продолжения не будет. Можно высокопарно сказать, что эта пластинка является возвращением к истокам рок-музыки и попыткой исследовать альтернативные пути ее развития, а можно (и нужно) просто порекомендовать к прослушиванию – по крайней мере тем, кто открыт к восприятию необычных форм музыки.

I asked him where he was heading, and he said he had no real destination in mind. He then said “That is beautiful music you're playing. Who is it?” I told him it was “Various Artists - Pick n Mix Volume 2 from a great netlabel called Faturenet”.
His eyes lit up with excitement. He said “My name is George Ripley, and I am the greatest travelling salesman who's ever lived! There’s nothing I can’t sell!”.
I noticed that he had a small briefcase on his lap, and said ”So what do you sell these days? Insurance? Pensions? Broadband? I'm just curious..”.
He laughed and replied “Oh dear no, my young friend! You see... I sell people their SOULS!”.

Шестым релизом лейбла представлено путешествие "Сквозь Темноту" Архангельского проекта Огни Видений. Альбом записан в 2007 году и уже издавался автором малыми рукотворными тиражами. Огни Видений является эволюционным продолжением индустриально шумового проекта Контрольные Огни (2002), который в свою очередь берет начало в тесном общении с проектом Шесть Мертвых Болгар, в то время под руководством Алексея Чулкова (R.I.P). Изменяется состав, к индустриально шумовой основе Контрольных Огней в 2007 году добавляется просветленная концепция, проект приобретает ритуальный окрас и звук, в результате чего и трансформируется в Огни Видений, постоянно принимая участие в записи и выступлениях Шесть Мертвых Болгар и по сей день. За время существования Огней также имело место сотрудничество с Хладна, Lunar Abyss Deus Organum и др. Видения Источника, Хранители Огней, Очищающие Ветра... этот альбом представляет собой шесть полотен-путешествий во Внутренний Космос через берега северных морей и разговоры с птицами и камнями, через тропинки игривых ручьев и застывших Духов леса. Целью участников является изучение построения света, звука, образа, направленные на усиление качества психоделических опытов. Огни Видений представляют шаманский, природный, экстатический ритуал-амбиент используя в работе аутентичные акустические инструменты, полевые записи и достижения цифрового звукоизвлечения. Оформление представлено полноцветным шестипанельным конвертом рук Vresnit.
